What type of company would be accustomed to dealing with visa issues?  Which ones would have the resources to deal with those kinds of problems?  

Clearly, you stand a much better chance with large multi-national companies.  Focus your energy there.  Ignore small local companies (unless their owners are foreign themselves), as they would never be equipped to deal with these types of issues.

And remember, because of the additional cost of hiring someone like you, you would need to be an outstanding candidate to begin with.  Consider what you can do to improve the overall perception of your application.</description>
